What is WheelTime?
WheelTime is the most important and most dominant service network in North America. This organization is comprised of 26 distributors representing 220 service locations that are dedicated to the percentage of time the customer’s equipment is available.
How are they getting this done?
WheelTime measures how the distributors perform against 5 criteria or metrics, providing our customer with quality repairs and timely communication while minimizing the time of the repair. These measured metrics are:
- We will complete an initial diagnosis within 2 hours of arrival.
- We will immediately update our customers if repair costs or time increases significantly.
- We will do the job right the first time.
- We will complete repairs in as little time as possible.
- We will notify our customer within 30 minutes of repair completion.
